Ingredients:

2 Cans Ro-Tel diced tomatoes

1 Can Mexican Ro-Tel

1 Can Black Beans

1 Can Black Eyed Peas

10 oz. Frozen Corn, Thawed

1 can  sliced black olives

1 ripe avocado, diced (optional)

8 oz. Italian dressing

Instructions:

Drain the first 6 ingredients;  add avocado and dressing.  Mix well and chill.  Serve with tortilla chips.
