Ham Meatballs

Ingredients: 

2 1/2 lbs ground ham

1 lb ground beef

2 lbs ground pork

3 cups graham cracker crumbs

3 beaten eggs

2 cups milk

Sauce:

2 cups tomato soup

2 teaspoons dry mustard

1/2 cup vinegar

2 1/4 cups brown sugar

 

 

Cover with sauce.

Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 - 2 hours

Baste often, cover with aluminum foil if they get too brown.

This is large recipe and will serve 15-20. 

I usually make 3 or 4 pans and freeze some of them for later use.

Try with Hash brown Casserole
 

 

DirectionsCombine all ingredients and form into balls.
