Ingredients

2 Packages of Cream Cheese

3 Cups of Cheddar Cheese

1 T finely shredded onion

1 T finely shredded green pepper

2 Tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1/4 Tsp. Garlic salt

1 Tsp. Lemon Juice

1 Shot Merlot red wine

Chopped pecans or shredded cheddar cheese to roll ball in

Mix all ingredients together and shape into two balls or logs, roll in chopped

pecans or shredded cheddar cheese. Chill
