Potato Casserole
from the kitchen of valeriejean2 lb. frozen hashbrowns (chunks)
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pint (16 oz.) sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 T. minced onion
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Chopped Ham
Frozen peas
Mix all ingredients. Pour into a 9×13 pan. Melt 1/4 c. melted margine and mix with 2 cups crushed corn flakes. Put this mixture on top of the potato mixture. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.
