Bread Pudding
from the kitchen of narimasu195 eggs
2/3 cups sugar
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 1/2 cups milk
2 teaspoons cinnamon
6 cups of bread cubes
Beat eggs, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Add ice cream. Mix until ice cream is melted. Add milk and pour over 6 cups of dry bread cubes in buttered 9X13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
